All Trainers with Gentleway are certified and have completed rigorous training courses with extensive fieldwork. We use our knowledge and experience to help you and your dog develop a long lasting, loving, positive relationship.
As dog owners, Gentleway trainers are actively involved in community service. We give demonstrations and speeches to area elementary schools, participate in community events and support our local animal shelters. We make Pet Therapy visits to several local nursing homes. Our personal family dogs are all AKC Canine Good Citizens and are fully certified Therapy Dogs. Our goal is to promote positive interaction between pets and people. Educating the public about responsible pet ownership and teaching children safe ways to behave around both dogs they do and don't know benefit everyone ~ animals and people both!
Our mentors and advisors include nationally recognized canine professionals and AKC judges.
